Anna Driftmier
Anna Driftmier is an award-winning scenographer, production designer, and artist whose work extends across the US and Europe.
Anna actively collaborates with a wide range of artists to produce visually powerful, genre-breaking pieces of work in unique and dynamic spaces.
Anna has worked alongside many esteemed arts organizations and artists including Florence + The Machine, Lana Del Rey, LAIKA Animation, the Barbican Centre, the British Army, Columbia University, The Juilliard School, Central Saint Martins, and Dash Arts as well as Off-West End and Off-Broadway stages.
Projects that she has developed have been recognized and awarded by such institutions as the Olivier Awards and Tribeca Film Festival.
Anna is currently a Creative Director with Fever where she works alongside their Originals team to spearhead and develop new immersive performances and installations across the globe.
In addition to the position at Fever, Anna is also the scenography mentor and designer for The Juilliard School’s Center for Innovation in the Arts, scenic consultant for the performance salon series Art Bath, member of the executive committee for Wingspace Theatrical Design, and a core part of the design team representing the USA at the Prague Quadrennial in 2023.
Previously, Anna ran the Model Shop at LAIKA Animation and was a guest lecturer at Mount Holyoke College in Site-Specific Design and Performance Making.
With professional experience in both design and production, Anna has the skills to both oversee as well as accomplish a project’s realisation from start to strike.
Anna completed the MA in Performance Design and Practice at Central Saint Martins. She received a Diploma in Technical Theatre at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mount Holyoke College with a BA in Classics and Theatre.
While there she received the Margaret Davis Stitt Award for Excellence in Theatre.
